The service here is impeccable !!I’m in Youngsville LA and I could have bought online and had it delivered but I had to see it, sit on the seats , etc .I ended up buying a different cart than what I drove up to buy . I still had my cart delivered the same day ! Wonderful place to buy your cart and lots to choose from!

We had the easiest buying experience with Jak’d Carts. First we went to the cypress store and s/w Ethan. When we couldn’t settle on the model we wanted he called the Bridge City store. Kourtney had the exact color and model we wanted. Within 20 minutes we set up delivery and payment procedures. Jared from Bridge City delivered it 2 hours away a few days later after we had some down lights installed.He was very helpful and walked us thru everything we had questions about. We shopped around and are really happy with Jak’d Carts.

I got my cart yesterday. Delivery was exceptional as Jadon took lots of time going over features and care instructions.There was a manufacturer issue with the tilt steering piston. Kourtney couldn’t have been more accommodating and urgent. They immediately came back (45 min away ), scooped it up and brought it to the shop for repairs. Returning it to me expeditiously.I am unequivocally impressed with the sales, the service and the obvious effort they put into ensuring that the customer is priority and very well taken care of.

We bought our Evolution D5 Maverick in February as birthday gift from me to me. It is so amazing. Love the family. I even added more bling. The owners are hands on for every transaction we had accident in first of March but no visible damage. We live north of Huntsville and we found a front end assembly has to be replaced. Those parts have been on order for 2 months. Jakd was unaware that we had any problem. My husband unknowing reviewed Jakd itself. So very sorry Jakd was criticized and had no intention of negative review.by Doug Eckles.

Exceptional experience!! From initial contact, choosing options, payment, delivery. Super easy, no fuss, no worry, complete positive experience. Delivery straight to our house! Wow!! We had a minor tweak needing to be addressed after delivery and the team immediately scheduled a quick fix the very next morning. Couldn’t ask for better service. Everyone was very friendly and most definitely exhibited awesome customer service start to finish!
First off the customer service was unbelievable. We live in Oklahoma and did everything over the phone. I ask for it to be shipped to us and it was at my driveway the very next day. This company has great prices and will back everything they sale. I would highly recommend these guys and don’t let the “out of town” business scare you off. It’s as good or better than any local company.

Discovered this awesome place by an advertisement on FB or somewhere. We were in the market for a cart but wasn’t sure what we were looking for exactly. The sales person (Kourtney) was knowledgeable/professional and was able to painlessly walk us through our choice and ultimately our purchase. We bought sight unseen (just pics) and had the EV delivered for free over 2 hours away. Delivery man (Jason) was on top of his game, doing a complete walk around to ensure we were familiarized with everything. If you are looking for a mean motor scooter, high speed, low drag golf cart then JAK’D is the only place you need to visit. Extremely satisfied with the good folks over there! Give’em a call!

I am 73 years old and of course bought many things. My experience at Jackd Carts was the most enjoyable ever. Kristin ,manager was so very nice and friendly and when we had a technical question she immediately sourced a technical to answer all questions we had. This was on a Thursday and her delivers the following week was booked but as we were leaving she told us she scheduled a deliver for Saturday I am sorry I forgot the delivery man’s name but he made shire to go completely through everything about the crt. I will 200% recommend Jacked to anyone looking for a cart

All I can say is AWESOME! From the first phone call, numerous texts and delivery it could not have been an easier and or smoother transaction. Thank you Kourtney and JAK’D Carts for our new neighborhood cruiser.
First time here, it was raining, and 40 miles from home in Louisiana. Wasn't here for more than a minute looking at carts outside when Courtney came out in the rain to greet us. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted other than we wanted a street legal cart (horn, seat belts, turn signals, etc) that seated at least 4 people forward. Once inside, she showed us an enormous selection of carts from 3 different companies. We were also considering making our present cart(standard EZGO) street legal. We looked at several models with 4 forward with and without 2 backward seating. Then one caught our eye. It was a 6 forward with a removable trunk on the back where you could then put golf clubs or an ice chest. Oddly enough, it was actually a half an inch or so shorter than the 4 forward and 2 backward model. Then, beside that cart was a cart with high back seats with 3 point seat belts and running boards. Looked perfect, but it was dark blue. We were going to have Courtney move it out so we could look at it better, but we made a remark that it would look better in red. She told us she had the exact same Maverick in red at her house a couple of blocks from the store. She sent someone to drive it back for us to see. It was perfect. Everything we wanted and some things we didn't know we wanted. Lol. It will be delivered in our state in 5 days (3 working days) after the running boards and fender flares are installed at no additional cost. We were about 30 minutes total. Found the cart that was perfect for us, made the deal, wrote a check, arranged transportation, and completed all the paperwork. We now know why the business has such a high review rating.

Then we talked more and upgraded to the upgraded sound system, great choice!
